We are very excited to offer our very own label featuring original handcrafted jewelry pieces and wearable art made by the women of the Co-Op and founder, Linda Phelan.
Jewelry Making is just one of the Co-Op's programs. First introduced by a member of one of our Support Groups, it has caught on swimmingly. In working with the Rhode Island Foundation, the Co-Op received a Strategic Grant which was responsible for launching this new program, HopeCraft. It is our "hope" that this new program, and the sales of which, will serve to support the various programs of our organization.
What makes our jewelry and pottery stand out from others is the love, hope and courage of these Warrior Women whose very hands and heart have woven, sewn, beaded and finished each piece. We've been told by some people who have purchased our jewelry that they can feel the powerful energy that has passed from the maker to the wearer of the piece. That they experience a general feeling of well being and peace when wearing it. We couldn't ask for anything better.
